Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns for whatever the reason, as long as the item(s) are in their original, unworn (except for trying on!) condition, complete with tags attached.

How long do I have to return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days from when you received your order.

Who pays for returns?
Customer pays for returns.

How do I return my item(s)?
Please post returns using a Signed For service - this is your insurance in the unlikely event that the parcel was to be lost on its way back to us.

Please include the Returns slip that should of been with your original paperwork, but if you don't have this anymore, just include a brief note with your name, order number and a line saying you are returning the item(s) for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the item(s) arrive back with us in their unused condition, we will click to refund the price of the item(s) – unfortunately we are unable to refund original postage costs.

Refunds can be processed instantly, but as with any banking system sometimes there can be a short delay.

Do you do exchanges?
We do not operate an exchange system, instead please return the unwanted item and then click to purchase the other required item.

Christmas Returns
Our returns period is extended for anything purchased in December prior to the 25th - these purchases have until the end of January to be returned.
